1.     ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES (AUSTRALIA)

The following estimated delivery timeframes apply to orders submitted on Business Days (Monday–Friday) before 12pm AEST. Timeframes are indicative only.

2.     SHIPPING COSTS

We offer one the following delivery option, subject to availability and destination:

(a)    Free shipping:         Orders over AUD $165

3.     DISPATCH

(a)    We will use best endeavours to dispatch orders received:

      (i)    prior to 12pm on a Business Day, on the day that the order is received;

      (ii) after 12pm on a Business Day, on the following Business Day.

(b)     We do not guarantee that your order will be delivered by a particular time or date after your order is placed.

(c)     If a Product is unavailable at the time of order, we may notify you that the Product is unavailable and require a new order once stock becomes available.

(d)     If You are not available at time of delivery, Products may be left at Your nominated delivery address where authority to leave applies. Where authority to leave does not apply, delivery arrangements will be determined by the carrier.

(e)    We utilise varied courier services such as Startrack & Australia Post.
